Land Saving Scheme
At Fabulous Beautiful Homes, we’re dedicated to turning your dream of land ownership into reality. With land prices steadily rising and saving for a down payment often a challenge, we’ve introduced our Land Saving Scheme—a practical, affordable, and inclusive solution designed to help Ugandans at home and abroad save consistently and invest confidently in land.
How does the scheme work?
When is the enrollment period?
The scheme usually runs from January to December, with a standard enrollment cut-off at the end of August. However, in certain cases, clients may still be accepted after the cut-off date, depending on the availability of slots and the down payment they are able to make.
How do I become a member?
Membership costs 100,000 UGX. To apply, you’ll need to complete a registration form and submit it along with the necessary documents. A detailed list of requirements can be found here.
